Subscription Policy

At ElaraCurve, we may offer subscription options for select products to make it easier for customers to receive their favorite items on a recurring basis.

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to be charged automatically according to the billing frequency selected at checkout. Your subscription will continue until it is cancelled.

You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting our support team at support@elaracurve.com.

Please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next order. Once an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return according to our Return Policy.

Subscription prices, discounts, and availability may change over time. If any major changes are made to your subscription, we will notify you when required.

By starting a subscription, you authorize ElaraCurve to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order until cancelled.
