Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on unopened products in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team first. We will provide clear instructions and, in most cases, a prepaid return label. If a prepaid label is not available for your location, we may provide a paid return label for a one-time fee.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first through our Help page, chat, or email. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted and could affect your refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the return period has passed. If a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping costs or prepaid label fees are non-refundable.
Returns for Used Products
If your product has been opened or used, you have 7 days from the date your tracking shows “delivered” to request a return.
Used product returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back to us.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once a tracking number has been created and the package has been handed over to the delivery carrier.
If your order has already shipped, it can only be returned after delivery, as long as it meets our return conditions.
Where Do I Send My Return?
Once your return or exchange has been approved, our customer service team will email you a return form with the correct return address.
Please only ship your item to the address provided by our support team.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received your item.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
You may also contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us by email.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
